The Joy Circuit are Philadelphia's premierTrashcore band, and since the winter of 2001 have been despising the myth that all music has to be good to listen to. TJC or "Circuit" write songs about what else girls and love, oddly enough the band is dominated by girls, are they lesbians? No! But, the fact still remains that the Circuit write songs about girls. Plus the Circuit writes humor songs about lovable things such as sheep and pirates. Nothing is going to stop the Circuit as the romp through the music scene lowering IQ's everywhere. If you should ever see the Circuit RUN AWAY, they will stop at nothing to hook you to their sound. Which is most described as Emo meets a kid who don't know how to play guitar meets Happy Hardcore. Will you subcome to the Circuit only time will tell...

Welcome the version 2.1a of The Joy Circuits website. We hope you like what were are doing.

In other news we have a few new songs recorded and tentative plans are being made to release a EP called Transistor's Theory, of songs done solely by Mister Transistor.

The Circuit is on hiatus for the summer cause everyone is back home in their respected cities. But, fret not as the Circuit is still writing songs and getting some things done. Interleaves and Falling IC's has been put on hold for now. It now has a late 2002-2003 release date.
